Undergraduate and non-degree students may add a course or drop a course with no record through the 7th calendar day of the semester.

From the 8th calendar day through the last day to drop with 'W', courses dropped by undergraduate and non-degree students will be recorded with a grade of ‘W’ (Withdrawn).

After the last day to drop with 'W', the student is responsible for completing the course. Failure to do so will result in a grade of ‘F’. If compelling extenuating circumstances exist, the student may petition his or her undergraduate dean for late withdrawal from the course; if approved, a ‘W’ would be recorded.
