Go to https://tes.collegesource.com/ and login to your account. Click on Search
In the search box enter the name of the institution you want to look up a course catalog for and click “Search”.
Note: All the search boxes on TES have partial search capability so you do not have to enter the exact name.
After you find the institution, use one of the search options based on your need.
You have three options to find your course.
1. DATA SET: You can look at the course catalog for a specific academic year.
2. SEARCH ALL DATA SETS: You can search by course code or course title.
3. COVER-TO-COVER CATALOG: This will let you download the course catalog for a specific academic year.
Below you can find the samples for each search option.
1. DATA SET
Select the course catalog for the academic year that you want
This will bring you the Course catalog and you can search by “Course code” or “Course Title”.
You also have the option to select a department from the drop down.
After you found the course, check the box next to it and click on “View”. This will bring you the course description.
You can click on “View Detail” to look at the course description in the existing course catalogs for different academic years.
Use the breadcrumbs to change any of the search criteria.
2. SEARCH ALL DATA SETS
By selecting “Course Code”, you can search for an exact course.
This will bring you that course in all the existing academic calendars and you can select the academic year that you are looking for.
The other option is to search by “Course Title”.
It will return any course that has that keyword in its title.
3. COVER-TO-COVER CATALOG
Select the course catalog for the academic year that you are looking for and it will let you download a PDF version of the course catalog. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, you may need to change your settings to allow pop-ups.
