Eight Dimensions of Wellbeing

At UMass, we believe that wellbeing goes beyond just exercise and healthy eating. The Eight Dimensions of Wellbeing highlight that true wellbeing is built across eight key areas: academic, emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, physical, social, and spiritual wellbeing. Each dimension plays an important role in supporting a balanced and fulfilling life.
