Signing-up
If you are interested in taking advantage of this FREE service, please fill out the following Google form and our Program Assistant will contact you within 2 business days to assign you a client who aligns with your availability and needs. You may also request a specific advisor to be found under the “Meet the Advisors” tab. For any questions, contact @email.
First Sessions
First sessions are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour long where your assigned advisor will get to know you, your lifestyle, goals you have for yourself, and build a sense of trust between you and them. By the end of the session, most clients walk away with a S.M.A.R.T goal* that they’ve created with the assistance of the advisor to work on until the next scheduled meeting.
*Most advisors will have the client fill out a 3-day food log as part of or in addition to their goal so they can get a better sense of the client’s eating habits but this is dependent on the situation
Follow-up Sessions
Sessions range anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the client’s needs. Here, the goals set in the first session will be revisited and options for next steps explored. While the number of follow-up sessions is determined between the client and advisor, most people meet once or twice more after the first session.
