Libby Sharrow, associate professor of public policy and history, has won the 2024 American Political Science Association (APSA) Kammerer Award for her book Equality Unfulfilled: How Title IX's Policy Design Undermines Change to College Sports. The Kammerer Award honors the best book published in the field of U.S. national policy. Sharrow and co-author James Druckman (Northwestern University) will be presented with the award at the annual APSA conference.
