Shanthie D'Souza, senior research fellow in public policy, has authored a new article in The Diplomat discussing how India has steadily normalized relations with China while discord continues with the United States. The article, titled "India’s China embrace and US decoupling," was written the day before the August 31 Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting in Tianjin and discusses the shifting relationship between all parties.
