Shanthie D'Souza, Senior Research Fellow at the School of Public Policy, recently published a new article in the Diplomat titled "Trump 2.0 and the Taliban’s Afghanistan.” In the article, D’Souza discusses the nature of the nascent relationship between the second Trump administration and an Afghanistan now led by the reemergent Taliban. In addition to her research, D’Souza is the founder and president of Mantraya, an independent research forum that seeks to make constructive contributions in the realm of strategy, innovations, and alternatives.
