As an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) with certifications in data privacy (CIPP/US, CIPM), AI governance (AIGP), and cybersecurity (Security+), Lowe brings a multidisciplinary approach to his role as in-house counsel at Kyndryl, the world's leading IT infrastructure services provider. Prior to joining Kyndryl, he served as in-house Privacy & AI Counsel at IBM, supporting The Weather Company through its successful divestiture and acting as lead AI regulatory counsel for IBM’s watsonx.governance offering.
In addition to his role at Kyndryl and position as an adjunct instructor at the University of Massachusetts, he also contributes to the fields of law, data privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence through publications in academic journals and professional magazines, media appearances, award-winning privacy podcasts, panel discussions, and CLE programs taught to other fellow attorneys. He also sits on multiple committees of the New York State Bar Association where he contributes insights related to law and technology.
