Henry Chang
Visiting Lecturer in Public Policy
Henry Chang has been a federal employee for over 25 years in various management and analyst positions for several agencies including the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in the Executive Office of the President and the Peace Corps headquarters office.
He was a Presidential Management Intern/Fellow while working as a Program Examiner with OMB in the International Affairs Division/Economics Branch. His portfolio included Peace Corps, international foundations, as well as State Department and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) programs. Chang served two stints as a Peace Corps Volunteer, Sierra Leone-Health Extension and Botswana–English Teacher. He also taught English as a second language and social studies at Bell Multicultural High School in Washington, D.C. for several years.
Chang has a MA of International Affairs in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs and an MA in Secondary Education from George Washington University.
