Dave Sullivan

David E. Sullivan is the elected Northwestern District Attorney and has served since 2011.  He is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer for Hampshire and Franklin counties, and town of Athol.  

As District Attorney, Sullivan has embraced a community prosecution model that blends smart and fair prosecutions, crime prevention, law enforcement partnerships and community collaboration to build safer communities throughout Hampshire and Franklin counties and the town of Athol.
