Christopher A. Klimmek

Christopher "Chris" Klimmek is a partner at Day Pitney Law Firm in Hartford, CT. He practices in the area of complex business disputes and has experience with trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts, and with arbitration proceedings. He has litigated a wide variety of claims, including breach of contract, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, successor liability, violations of state and federal securities laws, unfair trade practices and false claims acts.

Before joining Legal Studies, Chris practiced for five years in Washington, D.C., and clerked for the Honorable Jane R. Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
