Dr. Paluch conducted a 10-year research study with over 2,000 adults in their 30s and 40s and found that we may not need to get 10,000 steps in a day, but instead, 7,000 may be sufficient.

In a federally required annual study on seat-belt use, Dr. Knodler finds that, in 2025, 85% of Massachusetts drivers wear seat belts when driving, which is one percentage higher than the year before.
