New student trustee starts term

he campus has a new student representative to the Board of Trustees.

William Powers, a senior from Danvers majoring in Psychology and Political Science, attended his first board meeting as a trustee Aug. 7.

A Commonwealth College student, Powers served as associate speaker of the Student Senate last year and has spent two summers as a counselor in the New Students Program.
