Teaching Assistantships Spring 2024

Responsibilities:

Undergraduate TAs will attend all lectures, hold regular weekly office hours, lead review sessions and online discussions of course material, provide feedback on student homework assignments, and assist with overall course administration in collaboration with graduate TAs.

Pre-requisites: Students should have taken Psych 360 (completed or taking this semester), with a grade of A- or higher, and cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Times you must be available: Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:00-2:15pm, plus times (to be determined) for weekly office hours, review sessions, and meetings among members of the teaching team.
Hours per week: 9
Credits: 3
Responsibilities:

TAs will assist with activities online and in the classroom and lead weekly discussion sections to review course material.

Times you must be available: Classtime MWF 11:15-12:05, TA meetings Fridays at 12:10

Responsibilities:

Undergraduate Teaching Assistant's are extremely valuable members of a team that help make this large lecture course as engaging and educational as possible. We are searching for conscientious and hard-working students who are enthusiastic about Forensic Psychology. Responsibilities include:

  • attending/participating in lectures (see SPIRE for class time)
  • helping to construct thought-provoking on-line activities
  • grading on-line quizzes and assignments
  • holding office hours
  • leading review sessions
  • proctoring exams
  • assisting with classroom mgmt.
