Summary of Position:
I am the founder and President of WrightOne Consulting, a firm committed to the science and practice of selection and development, helping organizations transform the way they hire, promote, and develop people at every level.
I have over thirty-eight years of experience as a management consultant specializing in psychological assessment, organizational assessment, leadership development, and training.
I am the coordinator and instructor for NJ Bankers’ Leading on the Cutting-Edge leadership development program and the coordinator and lead instructor for a wide variety of leadership development programs. In addition, I work in investment banking, private equity, as well as a wide array of industries.
For more than a decade, I was an Adjunct Professor at Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, NJ, teaching Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Sports & Performance Psychology.
What do you love most about this career path?
I have the opportunity to travel the United States and Europe, supporting my clients using psychological tools and principles. Meeting the diversity of individuals and supporting their efforts and growth as high performing professionals and leaders is the most satisfying aspect of my career.
Future Goals:
My future goals are to continue to run my company until my retirement, and also to support and help those leaders and executives face their own transitions. In retirement, I plan to return to teaching.
How did UMass and/or Psychological and Brain Sciences help prepare you for your career?
My time at UMass taught me the fundamental principles of psychology that were invaluable to me during my graduate education, as well as my daily interactions with other leaders and executives. I cannot thank all my professors enough for their support on my educational journey while I was at UMass.
