Biography

Dr. Gennarina (Genna) Santorelli graduated from Fordham University with a BS in Psychology in 2011. She pursued her doctoral studies in clinical psychology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst under the mentorship of Dr. Rebecca Ready. Dr. Santorelli's research at UMass focused on the interplay of cognitive and emotional changes in older adulthood, emotion regulation in late life, and perceptions of age and emotional well-being. She completed her pre-doctoral clinical internship in neuropsychology at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She graduated from the Clinical Psychology program at UMass in 2019. She is currently a staff neuropsychologist in the Department of Psychiatry at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School.
