Research

Daniel Chapman completed his PhD at UMass in the summer of 2018. His research interests include environmental decision-making, natural resource management, risk analysis, and science communication.

Biography

Daniel completed his doctoral degree in the Social Psychology and the Psychology of Peace and Violence programs in the summer of 2018. He begins a post-doctoral position in July 2018 in the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania, and holds a research fellow position at the Yale Law School. Additionally, Daniel currently serves as a senior research scientist for the See Change Institute. His interests include: environmental decision-making, natural resource management, the formation of risk perceptions, effective methods of science communication, and interdisciplinary connections within psychology, environmental conservation and international relations.
