Research
Dr. Reid is an associate professor of social psychology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Dr. Reid's research aims to both understand the psychological, social, and environmental factors that relate to health behaviors and to improve the design of health promotion interventions. Her work utilizes correlational and experimental approaches and includes both self-report and behavioral outcomes. Key areas of interest include peer influence, stigma, and alcohol use.
