Strategic Initiatives: General Education Curriculum

In support of the UMass Amherst For the Common Good strategic plan, the Division of Academic Affairs and the Office of the Provost will work to develop a uniquely UMass General Education curriculum for the 21st century student.

General Education Joint Task Force

The Task Force is charged with reviewing and proposing revisions to the General Education curriculum, including the university writing requirements.
