The Intergroup Dialogue Initiative (IGDI) has announced the inaugural 2025-26 cohort of Dialogue Facilitation Fellows. Through the Dialogue Facilitation Fellows program, 24 full-time faculty, staff and administrators will develop knowledge and skills to plan and facilitate dialogue groups that meet once or twice in a range of settings.
Beginning with a three-day summer institute, this first cohort of fellows will be trained, coached and supported through a year-long community of practice as they plan and co-facilitate storytelling, listening circles or dialogue groups with students, faculty and/or staff. In line with the IGDI’s emphasis on building the collective capacity to engage in dialogic practices on campus, the fellows will continue supporting IGDI efforts beyond the fellowship year.
Selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants, the 2025-26 cohort represents seven schools and colleges and four additional units across the university community.
Additional information about the Dialogue Facilitation Fellows program is available on the IGDI website.
