The university has launched the new Faculty Success Platform, now available to all faculty and librarians. This centralized system is designed to streamline the process of documenting and reporting scholarly, teaching, and service activities.

Faculty and librarians will use the platform to generate and certify their 2024–2025 Annual Faculty Review (AFR), which is due by October 15, 2025. Additional instructions specific to the AFR process will be shared at the start of the fall semester.

Support and Training Resources Available

To help users get started, a full set of resources is available on the platform’s dedicated Support Site, including:

  • Step-by-step user guides
  • Short how-to videos
  • Frequently asked questions
  • Suggested starting points for entering activities
  • Weekly office hours, held Wednesdays at 3:00 p.m.
  • Assistance from the Faculty Success Import Team, offering targeted support in populating profiles using portions of CVs and bibliographic tools

What’s Next

Faculty and librarians are encouraged to begin exploring the platform and entering their information at their own pace. Additional training and support opportunities will be offered throughout the semester.

This transition marks a significant step in strengthening how faculty work is documented, recognized, and supported across the institution.
