Upload your resume

Most of the recruiters who visit PSE utilize a resume portal developed specifically for PSE students and postdocs. This portal allows you to upload a pdf of your resume to a secure server where the recruiter is given permission to access them. If you are preparing to interview this year, below you will find a few bullet points related to recruiting and the PSE resume portal.

  1. Do I need approval to interview? Everyone must receive approval to interview from their advisor (current standard practice). This approval should be emailed to @email. If you received approval last year, no new approvals are required. Resumes can be uploaded prior to receiving approval.
  1. Who has access? This is a tool for anyone who is part of Polymer Science & Engineering. If you are from Physics, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, please send a PDF of your resume to Marie Wallace, Katie Bryant or Rebecca David.

  1. How does the recruiter receive this information? The recruiter will be given access to a dashboard that will list the person’s name, advisor, entering year and the file from the student.
  2. Can students attend information sessions even though they’re not ready to graduate? Absolutely students/postdocs can attend. By attending you will learn about the company and what it’s like working in that industry.
