Raymond La Raja, Professor of Political Science and Co-Director of the UMass Amherst Poll, is quoted in an article about Boston Mayor Michelle Wu’s testimony Wednesday before a U.S. House committee regarding immigration policy and how it affects mayoral candidate Josh Kraft. Wu “threaded the needle very well,” La Raja says. “She talked about safety, which is apple pie for all of America ... I’m not sure Kraft has much room to run the field after that performance.”
