Bio
I am a practicing data privacy attorney, serving as in-house counsel for IBM, primarily supporting our adtech business and overseeing related product lines. Prior to this role, I served as IBM’s global, enterprise-wide cybersecurity policy manager. I currently hold designations as a US Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). I have been published in numerous, globally circulated academic journals, most recently in the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal for a white paper on facial recognition technology. I’ve been known to occasionally attend panels and teach Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses to other legal professionals in the spaces of privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. You can also catch me on my featured episode of the ‘Privacy Pros Podcast’!
I’m also a proud UMASS alum!
