Bio

Kendrick is a Ph.D. student with research interests in constitutional law, the presidency, courts, civil rights, and federal education policies. His primary research project examines the parallels between United States v. Fordice and current forms of systemic educational inequality that might be traceable to laws pre-dating 1954.
