The 4,310 ft² building site will be located on approximately 1.3 acres located off Mullins Way, adjacent to the existing W.E.T. Center. The site includes six on-site parking spaces, pedestrian paths, and storage space for outdoor water and wastewater equipment. The W.E.T.
