Planning is underway for the creation of a Food Innovation Hub to support academic research by the College of Natural Science's Food Science program. The new three-story structure will be located on the footprint of the existing Chenoweth and Cold Storage buildings and will incorporate environmental technologies to meet the state’s sustainability goals.
