Located at the core of the UMass campus, the Lincoln Campus Center (LCC) serves as a central activity hub for students and visitors. In 2015, the LCC concourse space was renovated with new equipment, lighting, and finishes to update the existing facility. The redesign puts cooking on display with ten unique retail dining experiences and flexible seating, all in a 32,000 S.F. open concept plan.
Together, through renovations to the Blue Wall; the adjacent Harvest Market; and a brand-new study space, the LCC concourse renovation has created an urban marketplace model for the next generation of campus dining. The project team has capitalized on the building’s existing location, enhancing campus connectivity and services. The LCC has quickly become a favorite destination for students and guests alike, with an estimated 7,500 meals served daily.
