- Hiring currently enrolled UMass undergraduates for hourly pay: Faculty (not students) should fill out this Google form(link is external).
- Hiring Departmental Assistants (non-benefited, non-student, hourly employees, also known as "O3"): New as of June 2024: Faculty or staff should start by filling out this fillable pdf form(link is external), then email it to Racquel along with the CV. Note that we now have Level 1(external link) and Level 2(external link), which differ in pay and degree obtained. A month of lead time is needed; contact Racquel for details.
- Hiring Postdoctoral Fellows or Research Fellows: Start by filling out this Google form(link is external). Faculty or staff should do this, not the employee.
- Link(link is external) for hourly employees (students and Departmental Assistants) to report hours. Please be sure to forward this information to the supervisor.

Printing and copying for exams or large print jobs are processed on a PO through Buyways and require a quote from the UMass approved vendors. - Sales Tax Exemption Form
