Varghese Mathai promoted and tenured

Physics faculty colleague Varghese Mathai has been promoted to Associate Professor with tenure.  Varghese is an experimentalist, specializing in soft matter physics and fluid mechanics. His research focuses on the interactions between soft materials (e.g., bubbles, droplets and membranes) with hydrodynamic turbulence.
