Congratulations to Scott and Tigran!

Scott Hertel and Tigran Sedrakyan were awarded tenure and promoted to Associate Professor.  Scott plays a leading role in a number of experimental searches for dark matter while Tigran is a condensed matter theorist with an interest in exotic states of matter produced by many-body effects.  Congratulations to them on this important career milestone!
