Catherine McCarthy receives NSF GRFP award

First year graduate student Catherine McCarthy was awarded a prestigious Graduate Research Fellowship by the National Science Foundation to support her PhD research.  She works with Prof. Romain Vasseur on nonequilibrium phenomena in quantum many-body systems. The NSF GRFP "was established to recruit and support individuals who demonstrate the potential to make significant contributions in STEM".  Congratulations on the honour, Catherine!
