Abstract
We explore the idea that the Higgs Field is the Inflaton. In this scenario, such a unification can possibly address both Higgs Hierarchy problem in the standard model, as well as the eta problem in cosmic inflationary theories. We discuss future work on this model to explain the cosmic baryon asymmetry and constraints on tensor perturbations.
