Laplace's equation in two variables (Boundary conditions, separation of variables, Fourier series, harmonic functions)
Dielectric media (Displacement field, polarization, Susceptibility, permittivity, dielectric constant)
Electrostatic energy (Discrete and continuous charge distributions, Force-energy relations)
Conductive media (Current and current density, continuity equation, Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's laws)
Basic magnetostatics (Lorentz force, Force and torque on currents, Biot-Savart law, Ampere's law, Fields of current distributions)
Magnetic media (Magnetic moments, magnetization, Susceptibility, permeability)
Induction (Faraday's law, Lenz's law, Self- and mutual-inductance, Transformers, circuits)
Maxwell's equations (Displacement current, Wave equation, plane-wave solutions, Poynting vector, energy).
