Biographical Statement
Pankaj received his Ph.D. degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India on the topic of Self–assembly and Gelation Kinetics in Nucleic Acid-Polyelectrolyte Complexes and Gels in 2019. Pankaj completed one year as a post doc in Saarland University, Germany on the rheological characterization of human mucus. He will be working on a project in collaboration with Colgate-Palmolive to encapsulate antimicrobials in complex coacervates. Apart from research, he likes to do Pranayama and Yoga. He also likes to play cricket and cards.
After his time in the Perry Lab, Pankaj has transitioned to a new postdoctoral position at the University of Naples Federico II.
