Erin Baker, 2017 PEP Fellow, is quoted in an article arguing that the growth of offshore wind farms could make the Northeast the country’s new energy capital. Baker says “We found that costs have decreased so much more in the last five years than any of the experts were predicting it to do.” Read more at the New York Magazine.
