Brian Whitcomb, 2019 PEP Fellow, featured in ScienceDaily about the link between high-strain exercise and early pregnancy loss. In the article, Whitmore says, “We’re trying to provide good, evidence-based information for women who are pregnant and want to know what to do and also for clinicians who are giving guidance and advice to parents.” Whitcomb further explains that physical activity and miscarriage risk were unrelated among women with confirmed pregnancy.
