R. Thomas Zoeller

R. Thomas Zoeller, 2016 PEP Fellow, comments in a story in MedicineNet.com about how the chemical perchlorate can collect in breast milk. He says scientists now know that the chemical can be concentrated in breast milk and that it may be affecting thyroid hormones in infants. “We have enough data to know that this is a very dangerous thing,” he says.
