Tim Hope, PhD, an adjunct instructor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Health Service Provider in private practice. He is a Clinical Supervisor at the Psychological Services Center. He received his Ph.D. from Penn State University and completed his pre- and post-doctoral training at the Worcester Youth Guidance Center at UMass Memorial Health Care. He also has been intensively-trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, served as a DBT Resource Team trainer and consultant for the State of Connecticut, and served as a Clinical Supervisor for the University of Hartford. Dr. Hope is actively involved in his work as a psychotherapist, psychological assessor, teacher, supervisor, and consultant.
