NSB Outreach Committee visits Holyoke North Campus High School

high school students in lab coats touch sheep brains

Graduate students from the Neuroscience and Behavior Educational Outreach Committee had a great visit to Holyoke North Campus High School! They met with ~65 10th graders who are part of the school's Medical Life Sciences Academy, currently studying biology and chemistry.

The 10th graders had a great introduction to neuroscience through several interactive stations:
- Learning about sheep brains with Phoenix Quinlan
- The synapse game with Sarah Winokur
- Train your friends with Kate Bates
- EEG/Cognitive research with Adaeze Egwuatu

Thank you Holyoke High for the awesome time!
