Memorial Contributions

In response to requests from many of employees and students, the COMECC office will serve as a collection site for special funds that have been established locally to assist in the relief efforts for the terrorist attack on the United States on Sept. 11, 2001.

Students and employees may bring donations to the following collection sites:

  • University Advancement, 390 Whitmore
  • Alumni Relations, Memorial Hall, 1st floor reception Area
  • Treasurer's Office, 100 Venture Way
  • Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research, 512 Goodell
  • Campus Career Network (previously Admissions), Room 109
  • Office of the Dean of Natural Sciences and Mathematics
    714 Lederle Research Tower B
  • Office of the Dean of Food and Natural Resources
    117 Stockbridge Hall
  • Office of the Dean of Health Sciences
    106 Arnold House

Additional collection sites are being established and will be announced shortly.

The following charities are putting 100 percent of these contributions toward help in the relief efforts. No administrative costs will be deducted.

  • American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund
  • The United Way September 11 Fund
  • The Salvation Army Response Attack on America
