Parent Communication Request Form

This form is for UMass Amherst departments to submit information to be distributed to parents and families. 

The Office of Parent Services offers other university entities the opportunity to promote programs, resources, and opportunities through a variety of means. Information may be shared through the OPS website, Parent and Family newsletter, and facebook page. If these channels do not meet your need, you may request direct communication to parents and families through a standalone email sent to all parents and families, or segments of the population (i.e. parents of students in CHC).

Use the form below to make requests for communication to parents and families. Questions can be directed to umassparents@umass.edu

Where should replies to your standalone email be sent?
Describe your required audience, for example: all parents/families of undergraduates or parents/families of students in Commonwealth Honors College.
Upload an excel file of additional email addresses you wish to receive the message, for example staff or deans/administrators in your area.
