My research interests are broad and include the microbiome, phylogenetic comparative methods, primate ecology and evolution, and biogeography. I am interested in connecting these research areas to conservation. My dissertation research focuses on how the environment and host evolutionary relationships affect the microbiota of wild and captive lemurs.
