Ombuds Office

Resolution Services for Conflicts and Concerns

The Ombuds Office can be reached by calling 413-545-0867 or by sending an email to ombuds@umass.edu. Confidential appointments with an ombudsperson are available by phone, by videoconference, or in-person. Our offices are located in Campus Center Room 823. Please note that we are unable to accommodate walk-ins at this time.
