Dwayne Breger is the Founding Director of the UMass Clean Energy Extension and oversaw the inception of the Offshore Wind Professional Certificate. He has over 40 years of experience in the clean energy sector across state and federal programs, and is Extension Professor for the Department of Environmental Conservation.

Max Dilthey leads the instruction and course management of all 3 Offshore Wind courses. He has 12 years of experience developing innovative and accessible curriculum for renewable energy, sustainability, and the environment, and 10 years working in the renewable energy sector.

Mary Kraus is the main point of contact for all student communications, outreach, and newsletters. She has over 30 years of experience as a clean energy sector expert and accomplished architect.

Kira Lawrence oversees the Offshore Wind Professional Certificate Program. She has over 25 years of experience in clean energy and environmental science in both the government and academic sectors and is Extension Professor for the Department of Environmental Conservation and the Department of Earth, Geographic and Climate Sciences.

Ramon Rosquete is the engineering content expert and lead instructor for the Fall course. He has over 15 years experience managing complex and large-scale projects, from engineering development to field activities and outages, across wind, solar, and thermal power systems and is a Senior Manager for Vineyard Offshore.
