Conducted for the first time in fall 2018, the content of this online survey is nearly identical to that of the new Entering First Year Students survey (see above). The survey includes questions about entering transfer students’ activities in the past year, educational aspirations, reasons for deciding to attend UMass Amherst, mental health, personal values, anticipated need for support (e.g. life skills, wellness), and the extent to which they are looking forward to specific opportunities at the University.
