INSTRUCTORS JERRY KEARNS - DIRECTOR Jerry Kearns has lived and worked in NYC for more than 30 years. A professor at UMassAmherst, Kearns founded The New York Professional Outreach Program in 1990. Kearns has exhibited internationally for 30 years. His paintings and prints are in the collections of 35 museums in the U.S. and abroad. Among these are The Museum of Modern Art, New York, The Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, The Brooklyn Museum of Art, The Museum of Modern Art, San Francisco, The Berlin National Gallery, Centro de Arte Contemporáneo Wifredo Lam, Havana, and The Gallery of Western Australia, Perth. Having participated in NYPOP as a graduate student, Amanda brings a unique perspective to the program. As an artist, Amanda Tiller investigates systems of information and memory. Her work spans various media including drawing, printmaking, sculpture, embroidery, and video. She has exhibited in New York, Japan, and across the United States.
