Study Abroad Options
Undergraduate nursing majors are encouraged to explore study abroad options. Studying abroad will allow you to think in new ways and provide healthcare to diverse populations. Through a study abroad experience, you will take on new challenges and gain a perspective on international healthcare issues.

Maymester Program:
Each of these programs is offered through the International Programs Office (IPO) and partner company API .

Study Abroad Scholarship Fund
The College of Nursing offers scholarships for undergraduate nursing students interested in a nursing study abroad opportunity for summer study. Selection is based on financial need and an essay that documents the student’s desire to gain additional understanding about the impact of cultural diversity on healthcare. Eligibility requirements include completion of the sophomore year and a GPA of 3.0 or better.
