The online DNP Post-Baccalaureate Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner role concentration  (AGPCNP) prepares clinical experts in the delivery of care to adolescent, adult and older adult populations.This concentration prepares students to be eligible to sit for the AGPCNP board certification examination through either the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

This professional nursing preparation includes advanced coursework in leadership, health policy, research translation, and clinical knowledge and skills.

Plan of Study

All students take DNP core courses (foundation core and capstone courses) as well as role courses as needed. An individually tailored plan of study is created by transcript review after admission.

Admissions

Priority admission deadline: October 15. We will continue reviewing applications until all seats are full.  Start dates may be available in Spring, Summer or Fall terms.
