Mother’s Day Brunch at the University Club and Restaurant [1]

The University Club and Restaurant will be hosting a prix fixe Mother’s Day brunch menu on Sunday, May 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Open to both the campus community and general public, the brunch costs $28.95 per adult, and $14.95 per child, not including tax and gratuity.

Baby spinach salad, strawberries, chèvre, almonds and balsamic glaze
Sweet potato salad with pecans and cranberries
Mini croissant sandwiches: Kalamata olive and smoked salmon; egg salad; caucumber and dill crème fraîche
Coconut melon soup with fresh mint
Classic eggs benedict with asparagus and hollandaise sauce
Wild mushroom, leek and gruyère quiche
Brioche French toast with pecans and maple syrup
Omelet Station: Local, cage-free eggs cooked to order with a selection of seasonal vegetables
Carved roasted beef tenderloin with smoked tomato relish and cabernet demi-glace
Pan-Seared mini crab cakes with lemon caper buerre blanc
Lemon chive rice pilaf
Brown sugar glazed baby carrots
Sauteed Hadley asparagus
Maple breakfast sausage
Applewood smoked bacon
Assorted UMass bakery breads and pastries
